What we collect. When you submit a reservation request, contact form, or specialist request — or call or text us — we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email, requested vehicle, rental dates, and pickup location. Our website also uses standard analytics that do not identify you personally.
How we use it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, verify rental eligibility (driver's license and insurance), arrange delivery, and provide customer service. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging. If you provide your phone number through our forms or text us first, we may send you transactional text messages about your booking or inquiry (for example, booking-received confirmations, verification requests, or missed-call follow-ups). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that operate our business (payment/booking processing, telephone and messaging carriers, hosting) and when required by law.
Retention & your choices. We keep inquiry and rental records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us at info@platinumexotics.com or (949) 524-4620.
