Four Bentley Continental GTC convertibles — one black, three white — because in Southern California a Bentley without a folding roof is a missed opportunity.
The GTC is the whole Bentley argument in one car: a heavyweight grand tourer that does its best work at an unhurried 55 with the top down. The black GTC ($595/day, 552 hp, brown hide) is the value play and the one we recommend for a first Bentley weekend. The white cars split by cabin: white over a white interior (500 hp, $795/day) for the clean bridal look, white over red (542 hp, $795/day) for something with more pulse, and the 626-hp First Edition ($795/day) for the W12 badge and the full spec sheet.
The GTC suits slower occasions than our supercars — anniversaries, wine-country runs, weddings — and the math rewards taking your time: at 3+ days the black car drops to $536/day and the whites to $716/day, falling further to $476 and $636/day respectively at a week or more. As always: 100 miles per day included, $1,000 refundable deposit, delivery across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire, or showroom pickup in Costa Mesa by appointment. Renters must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and full-coverage insurance that extends to rental vehicles; every car carries a refundable security deposit, listed on its page.
For wedding plans specifically, the white-on-white GTC is the natural partner to the Rolls-Royce Dawn on our weddings page — same open-top presence at a lower rate, and the all-white cabin reads beautifully in photographs. For everything else, the choice is simpler than it looks: if you want the Bentley experience at its best value, take the black car; if the photos matter, take a white one; if the spec sheet matters, take the First Edition and its 626-hp W12.
